Summary:
At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Li arranged the work for the next several months.
Vassilia Velissariou reported that she was working on the 11-year water surface generation and would finish it in the next week. After that she would generate yearly, 5-year and 10-year averaged water surfaces based on 1991-2001 water surfaces she generated.
Alok Srivastava worked on the evaluation of the Shoreline Erosion Awareness System. At the same time, he was also working on the water surface prediction with Dr. Bedford. Currently, he was preparing the data to be imported into the water surface modeling.
Xian Xu reported by email that he
was
refining the ODNR 2D ArcIMS-based web system and transforming 3D DEM
visualization into a Java-Applet.
Xutong Niu reported that he finished one paper submission to ASPRS. Now, he was working on aerial photograph triangulation in Tampa Bay and will produce high-resolution DEM and Orthophoto from both aerial photographs and QuickBird imagery. He was also writing a journal paper about mobile wireless system.
